INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by United Business Consultant Company. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

SERVICES

United Business Consultant Company provides consulting services tailored to client needs. The scope of services will be defined in a separate agreement or proposal prior to engagement.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Pricing for services is determined based on the scope, complexity, and duration of each project and is typically negotiated on a per-project or retainer basis. Payment terms may include upfront deposits, milestone-based payments, or payment upon invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within thirty (30) days.

LATE PAYMENTS

Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest charges as permitted by applicable law. United Business Consultant Company reserves the right to suspend services until outstanding balances are settled.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Clients may cancel services by providing written notice. Refunds, if applicable, will be determined based on the work completed at the time of cancellation. Deposits and completed work are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to resources required for the successful delivery of services.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

United Business Consultant Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the relevant jurisdiction.
